UNC Charlotte Internal Processing Forms

Welcome to the UNC Charlotte online internal processing forms (IPF) system. This system will allow you to begin a new set of forms or edit a previously started set, prior to submitting them to the Office of Research Services (ORS).

Here are a few important things to remember:

• You can start completing your forms and come back to finish them later. Just complete the step you’re on and click Save/Quit. Then log out until you are ready to resume.


• Once you’ve completed all 13 steps, you can review a summary of the provided information in Step 14. If editing is needed, simply click on the link to go back to the list of steps to select the appropriate one to edit.


• If no editing is needed, click on the link to print the forms in PDF. Circulate the forms for all necessary signatures and submit the original forms to ORS.


• Once your internal processing forms have been processed by ORS, you will be unable to edit any forms associated with that proposal.


• Help is available by clicking on found on the forms.
